Hey I wanted to give you my top 5 tips on how to get flawless, blemish free skin. These tips are not about what you put on your skin but more about what you put into your skin. Flawless skin has a lot more to do with what you eat and staying hydrated. If you think about it our skin is made from the inside out so its important to treat it from the in side out. Expensive lotions and creams will NOT get you good skin trust me. If you can get more fruits, vegetables and water into your diet and less processed foods and dairy you will notice a huge difference.
